Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your piece of jewellery, we will refund or exchange it provided you return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. All refunds will be credited to you by the same payment method you used.

The jewellery must be returned to us new and unworn and with the original packaging. Please include the delivery note and state the reason for your return. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of jewellery made to your personal specification unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

The item is your responsibility until we receive it so we recommend you use a signed for service. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to Roccabella unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.
If the goods are faulty or sent in error we will refund the postage.

Overseas returns
You may need to fill in a customs declaration, please state "RETURNED GOODS" to ensure no duty will be charged.
