Crystal quartz is one of the most well known gemstones and has been used in many cultures, throughout history we have always been drawn to its healing properties. The aborigines and native Americans often used it in rain rituals in droughts. In medieval Britain it was called the star stone and was used for healing. All clear crystals are considered purifying and cleansing and are fundamental to modern crystal healing.
