Our Return Policy

We will refund or exchange any item you are not happy with, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt and you then have 14 days to return the item to us. The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

• Order number 
• Reason for return (photo if the item is faulty)

If you want an exchange or refund

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We are not responsible for any postage costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely, as we are not responsible for any loss.
